Relationship Pulse Barometer

Welcome again to the Relationship Pulse Barometer (RPB). The RPB is a valuable indicator of how well our maintenance and production teams are working together and should take you less than TWO MINUTES to complete.

Please provide your responses by midnight Wednesday 14th October.

Your specific responses are anonymous and will remain confidential. Responses will be combined and discussed at our forthcoming production and maintenance forum.

Please provide responses to all sections. That is, if you are from production we are interested in your views on how well your Production Team is performing against standard (Section A) and how well you believe Your Maintenance Team is performing against standard (Section B). Similarly, if you are from Maintenance we are interested in your views on how well your Maintenance Team is performing against standard (Section B) and how well you believe your Production Team is performing against standard (Section A).

PLEASE NOTE THAT FUNCTION AND TEAM FIELDS (BELOW) NEED TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE SURVEY IS ABLE TO BE SUBMITTED.
